This retreat was created to offer a transformative space for those seeking to release the buildup of stress and tension from daily life. In a world that moves too fast, we wanted to provide an opportunity for people to reconnect with themselves, nature, and others. Through a carefully curated blend of yoga, breathwork, cold-water immersion, and nourishing plant-based meals, the retreat offers a holistic approach to healing, mental clarity, and personal growth. Enjoy Plas Cadnant, a beautifully restored historical estate with majestic gardens. Nestled in a sheltered valley, this tranquil oasis is renowned for its stunning landscapes, rich history, and serene atmosphere, making it a hidden gem for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

This retreat features a plant-based menu designed to support recovery, boost immunity, and nourish your body after each dip. Packed with energizing and healing nutrients, it helps restore balance, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being. And, of course, it’s delicious, fueling your journey to renewal with every meal.

Dive into the healing power of nature with guided breathwork and meditation by the river, followed by a collective group cold water immersion in the waterfall. order of events
Friday: Arrivals by 5pm, followed by evening yoga and dinner.
Saturday: A day of yoga, followed by breath work, meditation and cold water fall dips. Winding down with massage, more yoga and of course eating and fireside naps.
Sunday: Final day of yoga and more waterfall fun, finishing up with a gentle walk and farewell lunch.
