order of events

Retreat schedule

Friday:  Arrivals by 5pm, followed by evening yoga and dinner.

Saturday: A day of yoga, followed by breath work, meditation and cold water fall dips. Winding down with massage, more yoga and of course eating and fireside naps.

Sunday:  Final day of yoga and more waterfall fun, finishing up with a gentle walk and farewell lunch.
