We designed this one-day North Wales retreat as a gentle pause to transition into Spring. We know life is busy and prioritising time for self can be a challenge. We want to share with you our simple rhythm of movement, rest and nature at our luxury venue here in North Wales. It’s designed to be accessible, restorative and quietly inspiring. Take a deep breath with us, and unwind for a day.
UNIQUE YOGA RETREATS
This one-day retreat distils our 15 years of yoga and wellness expertise into a calm, seasonal reset. Set in North Wales with views to the Clwydian Range, the day blends gentle morning yoga and a life coaching session, with a nourishing lunch, an unhurried countryside walk. The focus is simple: we give you space to breathe, move, create and reconnect, so you leave lighter, clearer and better resourced for the weeks ahead, a sustainable boost for body and mind.

This converted barn provides a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a serene getaway in the Welsh countryside.

Our retreat offers a nourishing plant-based lunch crafted to fuel your body and support your wellness journey. Designed with fresh, seasonal ingredients, the food is thoughtfully balanced to provide sustained energy and promote overall health. There will be fresh juice on arrival along with tea and cake before departure.

Life Coaching
Enjoy this guided life coaching session, with our team member Kerry Sutcliffe. Helping you reconnect with your goals, your purpose and your confidence. Through thoughtful group conversation and simple, practical tools, you’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter and inspired to make meaningful changes in your everyday life.

Yoga
The yoga on this one-day retreat offers a complete reset: enhancing flexibility, strength and mobility while promoting deep relaxation and mental clarity. A gently energising practice moves into restorative poses and mindful breathwork to reduce stress and calm the nervous system. Suitable for all levels, it leaves you balanced, grounded and ready for the weeks ahead.
ACTIVITIES
Countryside Walk
Enjoy a 60 minute gentle/moderate countryside walk straight form the venue at an inclusive pace for all to embrace. Pull on your boots, wrap up warm and feel fit and free.
For cold-water lovers, there is an optional woodland pond dip too.
Held in North Wales
The Clwydian Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty in North Wales, feature rolling hills, ancient forests, iron age hillforts with panoramic views. Surrounded by nature, this stunning area provides a peaceful, inspiring atmosphere, making it an ideal year-round destination for runners.
