SCHEDULE

Retreat schedule

Monday:  Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.

Tues/Wed/Thurs: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided lake swim and sauna, picnic lunch, massages, cake and juice, evening yoga and dinner.

Friday: Morning yoga and farewell brunch, departures 10am.

Laura, founder of Zest Life, shares over 20 years of yoga expertise in a dynamic, yet restorative and nurturing style of teaching. Taking her inspiration from Ashtanga yoga everyone will find challenge and rest in equal measure, as they flow through physical postures, breath work and peaceful relaxations.
