Loved it all, so hard to choose a favourite bit but probably the wonderful vegan food as much of that was new to me.

SCHEDULE
Friday: Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga followed by welcome dinner.
Saturday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided lake swim and sauna, picnic lunch, massages, cake and juice, evening yoga and dinner.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided lake swim and sauna, farewell picnic lunch, departures 4pm.

Being an ex-gymnast movement has always played an important role in Katy’s life. After beginning her own yoga journey over 20 years ago and being inspired by the immense physical and mental well-being it created within her, on and off the mat, she decided to follow her passion and qualify as a yoga teacher in 2019. This has enabled her to share her love of yoga with others.
