Friday: Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.
Saturday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided lake swim and sauna, picnic lunch, massages, cake and juice, evening yoga and dinner.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided lake swim and sauna, picnic lunch, massages, cake and juice, evening yoga and dinner.
Monday: Morning yoga and farewell brunch, departures 10am.
