May is the ideal season for a Snowdon hiking retreat. With mild weather, vibrant spring landscapes, and extended daylight hours, it offers the perfect conditions for an enjoyable and rewarding hike - without the crowds of the peak summer season.

Relax at the charming Plas Cadnant estate, a restored historic property nestled in a serene valley with breathtaking views of Snowdonia. The accommodation blends historic charm with modern comfort, featuring elegant rooms and peaceful surroundings. Enjoy the dedicated yoga space, alongside landscaped gardens, a private waterfall, and serene outdoor spaces.

Our plant-based menu is designed to fuel your body with fresh, seasonal ingredients that enhance energy, immunity, and recovery. Enjoy invigorating morning classes which focus on recovery, strength, and flexibility, hopefully targeting those muscles worked during the hike. Then settle into relaxed restorative evening yoga, unwinding tension, physical and mental, enhancing your connection to body and mind.

Soothe sore muscles with a restorative lakeside sauna session, followed by an invigorating cold-water dip in Llyn Padarn, a stunning lake at the foot of Snowdon. This contrast therapy boosts circulation and promotes deep relaxation, leaving you recharged and revitalised.
Anglesey offers the perfect escape with its rugged coastlines, sandy beaches, and scenic landscapes. Its proximity to Snowdonia National Park makes it an ideal base for combining mountain hiking with mindful yoga practices in nature.

SCHEDULE
Friday: Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice and evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.
Saturday: Breakfast, morning Snowdon hike, picnic lunch, lakeside sauna, cake and juice, evening yoga and dinner.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, gentle walk and farewell lunch, departures 4pm.

INSTRUCTOR
Being an ex-gymnast movement has always played an important role in Katy’s life. After beginning her own yoga journey over 20 years ago and being inspired by the immense physical and mental well-being it created within her, on and off the mat, she decided to follow her passion and qualify as a yoga teacher in 2019. This has enabled her to share her love of yoga with so many others.
