I’d never been to Plas Cadnant before and was almost overwhelmed by the natural beauty, landscaped gardens and perfect location.
The coastal walks were wonderful. The home cooked fresh food was simply superb and I enjoyed the conviviality of joining others on the retreat.
I loved the whole weekend, it was relaxing, energetic and friendly.

SCHEDULE
Friday: Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.
Saturday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided coastal walk, lunch, massage, cake and juice, evening yoga, and dinner.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided coastal walk and farewell lunch, departures 4pm.

Laura, founder of Zest Life, shares over 20 years of yoga expertise in a dynamic, yet restorative and nurturing style of teaching.
