As someone who hadn't run regularly for more than a decade I was hesitant about the running. John recommended techniques to improve my breathing pattern such that I was able to complete and enjoy the rest of the run. There was a balance of relaxed encouragement and positivity. I will definitely be running more. Thank you!"
I really enjoyed the whole weekend, connecting with like-minded people and really taking some time out to focus on my body and what it needed. The food was incredible and the setting was stunning - it really couldn't have been a better place to step away from it all. I also really enjoyed the running sessions with John and his wife, who made the sessions really fun and informative, as well as being a nice reminder how beautiful the North Wales and Anglesey coast is.
It was so action packed it was brilliant & yet had space for chilling. All the team were so involved & done so much to make everyone enjoy everything to do with the retreat. Regardless of abilities everyone was involved in an activity. Many thanks!
