Enjoy a refreshing daily two-hour guided hike on this yoga and wellness retreat. Challenge yourself with invigorating walks across ancient hillsides, offering breathtaking views of Snowdonia. Breathe in the fresh air, revitalise your mind, and if you're feeling brave, take a dip in the secluded woodland pond. A perfect way to improve fitness, bond with the group, and experience Wales' stunning scenery.

The yoga offered on this retreat is specifically designed for holistic wellness, focusing on nurturing both body and mind. Each session aims to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility while fostering a deep sense of relaxation and mental clarity. The practice combines dynamic stretches, restorative poses, and mindful breath work to promote balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Held in North Wales

The Clwydian Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty in North Wales, feature rolling hills, ancient forests, iron age hillforts with panoramic views. Surrounded by nature, this stunning area provides a peaceful, inspiring atmosphere, making it an ideal year-round destination for a yoga and walking retreat.

Retreat schedule

Friday:  Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.

Saturday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided hike, lunch, massages, cake and juice, evening yoga and dinner.

Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided hike and farewell lunch, departures 4pm.

Laura, founder of Zest Life, shares over 20 years of yoga expertise in a dynamic, yet restorative and nurturing style of teaching. Taking her inspiration from Ashtanga yoga everyone will find challenge and rest in equal measure, as they flow through physical postures, breath work and peaceful relaxations.
