Our Lake District Yoga and Wild Swimming Retreat offers an unmatched experience with exclusive access to Lake Windermere, allowing you to swim freely in the tranquil waters at any time. Guided by experienced open water swim coaches, our mindful wild swimming experiences focus on connecting with the water rather than distance. Embrace the refreshing waters of Lake Windermere and explore other stunning wild swimming spots throughout the Lake District from smaller, quiet dams nestled in woodlands to remote wild waterfalls. Fully immerse yourself in nature and experience the rejuvenating benefits.

Daily yoga practices will energise and restore your body, with morning vinyasa flow sessions to awaken and evening restorative yoga to relax. Each session is designed to complement the physical benefits of wild swimming, focusing on breath work, alignment, and deep relaxation. This holistic approach enhances overall health and well-being, making it the perfect complement to your wellness retreat experience.

Massage

Indulge in optional holistic treatments, including massage therapies with organic oils to soothe muscles, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation. SCHEDULE

Retreat schedule

Monday:  Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.

Tues/Wed/Thurs: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided swim, lunch, massages, cake and juice, evening yoga and dinner.

Friday: Morning yoga and farewell brunch, departures 10am.

Laura, founder of Zest Life shares over 20 years of yoga expertise in a dynamic, yet restorative and nurturing style of teaching. Taking her inspiration from Ashtanga yoga everyone will find challenge and rest in equal measure, as they flow through physical postures, breath work and peaceful relaxations.
