This yoga, cold water immersion, and breath work retreat was created to offer a transformative space for those seeking to release the buildup of stress and tension from daily life. In a world that moves too fast, we wanted to provide an opportunity for people to reconnect with themselves, nature, and others. Through a carefully curated blend of yoga for stress relief, breath work for mental clarity, cold-water immersion for resilience, and nourishing plant-based meals, the retreat offers a holistic approach to healing, mental clarity, and personal growth. Designed to help you reset, this winter wellness retreat encourages you to embrace the quieter, introspective energy of the season, leaving you feeling revitalised for the festive season ahead.

November brings shorter days as we move towards winter, making it the perfect time for introspection. Rather than hibernating, we embrace the weather, whatever comes. It’s the season for deeper reflection, self-care, and restoration, making a November retreat the ideal escape.

Relax at the charming Plas Cadnant estate, a restored historic property nestled in a serene valley with breathtaking views of Snowdonia. The accommodation blends historic charm with modern comfort, featuring elegant rooms and peaceful surroundings. Enjoy the dedicated yoga space, alongside landscaped gardens, a private waterfall, and serene outdoor spaces.
Food
This retreat features a plant-based menu designed to support recovery, boost immunity, and nourish your body after each cold water immersion. Packed with energising and healing nutrients, it helps restore balance, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being. And, of course, it’s delicious, fuelling your journey to renewal with every meal. All our retreats are alcohol free.

Dive into the healing power of nature with guided breath work and meditation by the river, followed by a collective group cold water immersion in the waterfall. Each dip and breath draws you into nature’s energy, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and at peace, both within yourself and with those around you. This breath work and cold water therapy retreat is designed to build resilience and mental clarity.

Experience Dharma Yoga, a practice that blends traditional yoga with self-discovery and spiritual growth. Anglesey is a serene island off the north-western coast of Wales, known for its rugged coastlines, sandy beaches, rolling hills, and dramatic cliffs. With breathtaking natural beauty, spectacular views, and crisp sea air, it offers a peaceful escape. It is a perfect year-round destination for those seeking tranquility and connection to nature.
Loved this retreat, Leo was an amazing yoga teacher and very inspiring. I was very apprehensive about the cold water dip in the waterfall, but with the breath work and mind reset I achieved it!
I wanted to relax on the retreat but came away feeling both exhilarated and relaxed. I would go every month if I could.

This retreat greatly exceeded my expectations. Going vegan, abstaining from alcohol ("detoxing") and enjoying the company of a very friendly and enthusiastic group has certainly been refreshing and re-energising. Many thanks to Laura, Leo, Katy and Aimee for a first class yoga, gastronomic and outdoor water experience.

SCHEDULE
Friday: Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.
Saturday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided cold water immersion and meditation, lunch, massage, cake and juice, breath work, and dinner.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided cold water immersion and meditation, walk and farewell lunch, departures 4pm.
