The area

Retreat schedule

Friday:  Arrivals by 5pm, followed by evening yoga and dinner.

Saturday: Early rising for yoga, followed by a coastal walk and lunch. Winding down with massage, more yoga and of course dinner.

Sunday:  Final session of yoga, finishing up with a bracing walk and farewell lunch.
