The hike provides a solid workout with steady inclines and rocky terrain that challenge your legs and stamina, while the stunning scenery enhances the experience. Ascending one side and descending the other gives you the chance to take in multiple vistas. Hiking Snowdon is a rewarding way to enjoy the breathtaking outdoors

Daily morning and evening yoga sessions will help you restore balance, release tension, and aid recovery. Focused on the muscles worked during the hike—particularly in the legs, hips, and back—these mindful movements build strength and flexibility, leaving you feeling aligned and rejuvenated.

After your hike, soothe your muscles and clear your mind with a rejuvenating lakeside sauna session. Relax tired muscles, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation, and a cold dip in Llyn Padarn will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised.

The area

Retreat Schedule

Friday:  Arrivals by 5pm, followed by evening yoga and dinner.

Saturday: Early start for Snowdon hike (approx. 5 hours), sauna, yoga, and dinner.

Sunday:  Final yoga session, gentle walk, and farewell lunch.
