This weekend retreat has been created to give you the tools you need to reshape not just your body but your mind too. Start to feel inspired about your daily yoga practise and exercise routine, get motivated to eat well and be positive about your hopes, dreams and aspirations for the future.

Enjoy Plas Cadnant a beautifully restored historical estate with majestic gardens. Nestled in a sheltered valley, this tranquil oasis is renowned for its stunning landscapes, rich history, and serene atmosphere, making it a hidden gem for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

Yoga

The yoga offered on this retreat is specifically designed for runners, focusing on improving flexibility, strength, and mobility. Each session targets key areas such as the hips, hamstrings, and lower back to prevent injury and aid recovery. Through a combination of dynamic stretches, restorative poses, and mindful breathwork, the practice enhances endurance, posture, and mental focus.

We offer a range of massage as part of our retreats, giving runners the opportunity to enhance their recovery and fully relax in the midst of their training weekend. These sessions help improve flexibility, reduce soreness, and promote mental relaxation, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Held in Anglesea

Anglesey, a serene island off the north-western coast of Wales, with rugged coastlines, sandy beaches, rolling hills, and dramatic cliffs. Think breathtaking natural beauty, spectacular views and of course easy access to the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia). It's a perfect year-round destination for runners.

The area

Retreat schedule

Friday:  Arrivals by 5pm, followed by evening yoga and dinner.

Saturday: Early rising for yoga and running in Clwydian Hills, winding down with woodland pond dips, massage, more yoga and dinner.

Sunday:  Final day of yoga and hill running, finishing up with a nutrition talk and lunch.
