The yoga offered on this retreat is specifically designed for runners, focusing on improving flexibility, strength, and mobility. Each session targets key areas such as the hips, hamstrings, and lower back to prevent injury and aid recovery. Through a combination of dynamic stretches, restorative poses, and mindful breathwork, the practice enhances endurance, posture, and mental focus.

The area
Friday: Arrivals by 5pm, followed by evening yoga and dinner.
Saturday: Early rising for yoga and running in Clwydian Hills, winding down with woodland pond dips, massage, more yoga and dinner.
Sunday: Final day of yoga and hill running, finishing up with a nutrition talk and lunch.
